Keep wall thickness as uniform as possible

Usually there are uniform wall solutions possible for your design requirements

When not possible, transiton in a lenght 3 times the de/in-crease in material

(Large) flat unsupported areas are pronte to warpage, use gussets or ribes for support

Need thick wall for mechanica strenght? Consider adding ribs in the appropriate direction, or a stepped shape

Avoid sharp corners, when adding corners keep wall thickness uniform by adding radii

Apply a draft to make sure the product separates from the mold correctly.

Insufficient draft could lead to an unproducible product, or scratches/deformation.​
